Kinesiotaping can be intimidating. It does take some practice. But you can get the hang of it in no time and even help yourself! This method can make a big difference in tennis elbow pain and also gives an extra boost to grip strength as well.
The biggest tip for now is to start the tape at your hand and stretch the tape to your elbow. The way the tape works with its stretch and rebound effect will make sure the muscle loosens up. If you tape the opposite direction (elbow to hand), you will activate the muscle, and it will want to be in a tense flexed state- thereby adding constant stress to your already painful forearm. So just follow the directions - but remember this is educational. Not for treating anyone or anything.
