Ingredients:
1盒海士新加坡咖哩鸡配套。内含：1包海士咖哩鸡酱、1包椰浆粉（加200毫升水调成椰浆）。
1 box of Hai’s Singapore Curry Chicken Sauce Kit. Includes: 1 sachet of Hai’s curry chicken paste, 1 sachet of coconut milk powder (mix with 200ml water to become coconut milk).
500克鸡肉（飞水滤干）
500g chicken meat (Parboil, drain dry and set aside)
300克马铃薯（去皮切块）
300g potato (Remove skin and cut into chunks)
300毫升清水
300ml water
烹调简单：
Cooking instruction:
热锅加入海士咖喱酱、水、马铃薯、鸡肉煮滚。转慢火再煮约20分钟。加入椰浆煮滚即可食用。
In a pot, add in Hai's curry paste, water, potato and chicken meat and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes. Add in coconut milk, stir until boiled to serve.
