Today I will be showing an ideal dish for two for Mortens aften (St Martins day), a tradition from Europe. St. Martins day recipes often include, at least in Denmark, a full duck, caramelized potatoes, and gravy. But today I thought I'd show you a nice dinner you can make if you don't live with 3-6 other people or simply don't have an oven ^^'
I will demonstrate how to cook a duck breast on a frying pan. No oven needed!

The ingredients:
1 Duck breast
3 Potatoes
3 Carrots
25g Butter
2 Cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of thyme
1/4 Red cabbage
15 Almonds
1 Slightly sour apple
1 Mandarin
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Dark balsamico
Red wine sauce:
150ml Red wine
1 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp Soy sauce
1.5 tbsp Dark balsamico
0.5 Mandarin
