The layered pumpkin cake doesn't take long to make and can look stunning once done. It is a great Japanese Halloween pumpkin cake.. yet a cake you can eat during the whole pumpkin season.

The ingredients used, for layered pumpkin cake, in the video:

1/2 Hokkaido pumpkin
3 Eggs
60g Brown sugar
110g Cake flour
100ml Milk
70g Melted butter
A small handful of almond slices

Frosting:
50g Hokkaido pumpkin
10ml Heavy cream
100g Powdered sugar
30g Butter
100g Cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon powder
