ginger (4 tbsp paste)

1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp red chilli powder
3+1/2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tsp garam masala powder
7-8 black pepper
some coriander and mint leaves

FOR FRYING MASALA :
2 star anise
1 large cardamom (badi elaichi)
2-3 cardamom
5-6 cloves (long)
cinnamon sticks (daal chini)
3-4 bay leaves
1 small sliced onion
6 tbsp oil
1+1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
3 sliced tomatoes

FOR MAKING RICE :
5 Cup rice
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp oil
1 medium sliced onion
1 star anise
1 large cardamom
2 cardamom
3-4 cloves
cinnamon stick
2 tsp shah jeera
2 tsp jeera
1 cup peas
curry leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves
1 whole lemon juice
kewra water 1 tsp

2 kg chicken
