INGREDIENTS :
1 Kg chicken
1 garlic bulb, ginger (or 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste)
6-7 green chilli
some pudina & coriander leaves
1 tsp jeera...make a paste of above mentioned ingredients.
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1+1/2 tbsp tandoori chicken masala powder
3 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp lemon juice
orange - red food colour
salt as required
oil for frying
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
2 tbsp barbeque sauce
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp honey
1 tbsp chilli flakes
