Pomfret fish is marinated with indian spices and dill leaves and shallow fried. Fish is important source of protein and other nutrients.
INGREDIENTS:
Pomfret fish 1 nos
Garlic 8-10
Salt To taste
Dill leaves 1 bunch
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Lime juice 1 tbs
Olive oil 2-3 tsp
METHOD:
1. Clean the pomfret fish and give gashes like as shown in video.
2. For dressing: chop the garlic, add salt, dill leaves and chop it or blend it.
3. Add pepper powder, lime juice and mix it.
4. To it add olive oil and mix it and spread mixture in gashes and belly of the pomfret fish.
5. Heat olive oil in a pan and place the stuffed pomfret fish and cook it on both sides nicely.
6. Garnish with onion and lime juice and serve it.
