Hey guys. Troy here with FormulatedFitness.com. Today I want to show you guys an advanced plyometric exercise movement that really helps you burn fat, as well as build an explosive lower body. It's called bounding or sometimes known as a long jump.
You're going to start with your feet shoulder width apart. You're basically going to jump for length, take a baby hop in between to get your balance, and continue jumping forward. Make sure to use your arms. Jump forward.
