🔶Preheat the oven at 165°C

🔶Coffee Almond Cookies

150 g unsalted butter - room temperature
80 g light brown sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 pc egg yolk
220 g cake flour - sifted
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp instant coffee powder
2 tsp hot water
50g almond flakes or 80g almond dice (depends on your choice)
