To start, it's a bit pricey ($109 USD as of 1/11/2016), so that may make this a no-go for some people. I do consider it an investment, however, because it's been such a relief for some of my clients.
Pros:
The contoured surface fits my face much better than the standard puffy pillow.
Adjustments are super quick.
It goes straight up and down, making it more of an altitude adjustment than an angle adjustment.
Sturdy!
Cons
Expensive when purchased by itself.
Some clients might find it too flat. A fleece pad might help.
