Today, I’m sharing my special method to make Goat Meat Curry (Bakre ka Gosht) that turns out perfectly tender every single time. The gravy is thick, flavorful, and clings to the meat pieces—perfect for scooping up with Naan, Chapati, or mixing with hot Jeera Rice.
In this video, I’ll show you:
✅ How to remove the "smell" from mutton.
✅ The secret to getting a dark, rich gravy color (Bhunai technique).
✅ Pressure cooker timings for soft meat.
📝 Ingredients:
500g Mutton (Curry cut)
3 Onions (Sliced finely)
4-5 Tomatoes (Pureed)
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Whole Spices: Bay leaf, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Black pepper
Powder Spices: 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli, 1 tbsp Coriander Powder, ½ tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Garam Masala/Meat Masala.
Finish with: Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek) and Fresh Coriander.
✨ Serving Suggestion:
Serve this hot with Paratha, Bagara Rice, or Plain Rice.
