Can you cook sous vide in Emeril Lagasse's Pressure Air Fryer? YOU SURE CAN! Emerils pressure air fryer review. I made a delicious batch of tender and juicy chicken wings by first cooking them sous vide in a zip lock bag then cooking them under the air fryer lid of Emeril's pressure air fryer. Emeril's Pressure Air Fryer Sous Vide Chicken Wings were a fantastic treat, I just wish I could make more at one time. This Emeril's pressure air fryer review will demonstrate the sous vide function as well as the air fry function.
There were not a lot of instructions on sous vide cooking that came with this pressure cooker air fryer combination appliance. There are no recipes for sous vide cooking in the cookbook that came with it.
This worked well for a small number of wings but if you're really big into sous vide cooking you're probably better off buying an emergent circulator and using a larger container.
