Ingredients (1 Serving)
For the veggies:
Onion – 1 medium (sliced)
Capsicum – sliced
Carrot – ½ (julienned)
Green chilli – chopped
Ghee – ½ tsp
Salt
Black pepper
Lemon juice – ½ lemon
For the paneer:
Low-fat paneer – 60 g (sliced)
Salt
Black pepper
Red chilli powder
For assembling:
Roti – 1 medium
Lettuce leaf
Homemade sauces – 1 tbsp each (as per choice)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Heat a pan, add ghee and sauté onion, capsicum, carrot and green chilli.
Add salt and black pepper, cook well and finish with a squeeze of lemon.
In another pan, lightly grease with ghee and pan-sear paneer slices coated with salt, black pepper and red chilli powder.
Place a roti on a plate, add a lettuce leaf, cooked veggies and paneer slices.
Drizzle your favourite homemade sauces, wrap it up and enjoy.
