This 10 minute legs workout is short but intense, with minimal breaks to increase time under tension which = the key to muscle growth.
Do this workout every other day for at least 14 days to see an increase in leg size and strength.
TIP: Get the most out of this workout by exhaling sharply as you do each rep. This will engage your leg muscles at the right time to maximise results.
