This 10-min legs workout is perfect for beginners. It will help build muscle size + strength from home. All you need is a pair of dumbbells.
Recommended dumbbell weight:
Beginner: 6-14kg
Intermediate: 14-20kg

This workout is structured like a pyramid. You'll be doing 5 different sets (+ 30s rest) then doing all 5 sets again but backwards.
NOTE: Make sure to warm up beforehand. See above links.
To maximise muscle gain, do this workout 3 times in one session, with 2-3 mins rest in between. If you're short on time, doing this workout just once is still effective.
Do this workout 2x a week for at least 30 days to see major muscle growth. Rest days are key as this is the time when your muscles will rebuild and grow.
