Flour 3 cups

Chicken Filling:
Chicken 750 g
Oil 3 tbsp
Onion 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Any preferred sauce 2 tsp
Green chilies (optional) 1 tbsp
Bell pepper 1/2 cup

Cheese (for filling) can be your favorite one but preferred mozzarella!


Tips for Perfect Chicken Buns:
1. Knead the dough with a little butter or oil for extra softness and elasticity.
2. Let the shaped buns proof (rise) until puffy/almost doubled before applying the egg wash — brushing too early can deflate them.
3. Brush the top with egg yolk for a beautiful golden-brown crust.
4. Don’t overfill — leave room to seal the edges but also don't underfill that your buns have very little chicken when baked.
