Описание: I don't do cardio. I never have and yet I maintain a sub-10% body fat percentage even now in my late 40's. More importantly, for the past 30 years, I have helped hundreds of men and women of all ages, fitness levels and genders lose weight without any cardio whatsoever. Just three brief high intensity training sessions three times a week. With such a small volume of exercise, I have had clients lose over 100lbs and others have gone so far as to get into natural bodybuilding contest shape, and some even won their pro cards, all without any form of cardio whatsoever.

In this video I explain why I don't recommend cardio for weight loss and why high intensity weight training paired with a sustainable diet will always yield better results in terms of losing more body fat and maintaining as much muscle. Making a zero cardio approach a more sustainable way to lose weight and keep it off.
