Beautiful Krabi | Beach vacation | The High Roads

Описание: Our trip to Krabi was another impromptu one. We were initially exploring places like Haridwar & Rishikesh and in a rather dramatic turn of events found ourselves booking a vacation to an exotic beach destination. Well we thought we could be relaxing on a beach in practically the same cost and ended up booking a trip to Krabi.

After staying the night of arrival at The Blue Canyon Country Club, Phuket we headed out to Krabi. It rained all the way till we reached this very beautiful beach resort, The Tubkaak Krabi Boutique Resort. Tubkaak in Thai means a home for visitors and true to its name the resort did everything to make us feel at home. The property is very thoughtfully designed out and aesthetically decorated. Its location is probably the best feature.

For the next two days we did not get out of the resort. We just chilled on the beach, swam in the sea, took long walks on the beach, eat at the restaurant by the beach, hung out by the pool and took relaxing massages at their beautiful spa.

We especially loved our room. Since it was an impromptu holiday we didn’t manage to get the beach facing rooms. The pool facing ones were just as pretty. Most things in the room where made out of sustainable material and had a very raw and sublime feel to it. The staff ensured that the room was kept lovely an welcoming every single day.

The food at the restaurants was exceptionally well curated. All the restaurants were beach front ensuring that we soaked in the gorgeous views every single moment.

On the third day we decided to book ourselves on an island hopping with some snorkelling. Probably not one of the best decisions and something that we could have completely avoided it and we wouldn’t have missed a thing. But anyway, there we were on the snorkelling trip. Tour operator’s service was efficient if not great. The islands were crowded and the food was below average. I honestly cannot think of a briefer description to thIs island-hopping cum snorkelling trip. If there was anything worth remembering, it was a gorgeous sunset from one of the smaller islands.

Before returning back to India, we decided to do some party hopping in the city of Phuket. We went to 2 of the top rated clubs in Phuket and the experience was just like any other top rated clubs that we have been to.
