This year's Mid Lancs Cross Country league had its 4th event at Ryelands Park, Lancaster.
Race 8: The U20/senior men had 4 large laps of 9.6km. I filmed them as they did the initial sharp turn then as they crossed through the mud. This is lap 4 of 4 for the leaders who had lapped a large portion of the field. I had to change cameras so missed a few folks so apologies.
