This year's Mid Lancs Cross Country league had its 4th event at Ryelands Park, Lancaster.
Race 7: The U17 & V70M and the U20/senior women had 3 medium laps of 6km. I filmed them as they did the initial sharp turn then as they crossed through the mud. This is lap 2 of 3 although the leaders had lapped some of the other runners.
