Recreating the Blackbird Designs ‘Casting a Spell’ Shadow Box | UK Stitcher’s Version

Описание: In today’s video, I’m working on Casting a Spell by Blackbird Designs — a beautifully spooky cross stitch that’s usually styled in a shadow box. I fell in love with the original display and decided to recreate it myself here in the UK!
Since the original box used in the pattern isn’t available here, I went on a hunt to find the perfect alternative. In this video, I’ll take you through how I:
Found and compared two shadow boxes (one from The Works, one from Amazon)
Styled and mounted my finished Casting a Spell cross stitch
Created a cozy, vintage-inspired Halloween display
It’s been such a fun project — equal parts crafty and magical — and I hope it inspires you to give your stitching a little seasonal flair too.
