EU4 cilli is a relatively unknown nation. Despite this, it's actually a really underrated start that presents a unique way of playing EU4 - definitely one of the fun things to do in EU4. I'd go as far to call it one of the top 10 most fun nations in EU4. Right off the bat, you can become the emperor of the HRE and usurp EU4 Austria's imperial crown. In this case, I allied the Ottomans. Prepare for memes.
