New Years Golden Tiki: A Champagne Tiki Cocktail! | Cocktail Fridays

Описание: This week, we check out a rare champagne-topped tiki cocktail to ring in the new year! This recipe, provided by Shanna Schad, uses Lychee, Gold Rum and bitters to put together a light and uniquely flavored drink to toast at midnight. Cheers!

New Years Golden Tiki
½ oz Pineapple juice
2 tsp cinnamon syrup
1 oz Lychee juice
½ oz Orange liqueur ( cointreau, grand marnier, dry curacao )
3 oz Koloa Gold Rum (can use bacardi 8 anos)
3 dashes tiki bitters (can use angostura in a pinch)
