Ingredients
1 medium onion
4–5 cloves
2 tablespoons pure honey
Method
Peel the onion and finely chop it or crush it lightly.
Crush the cloves slightly to release their oils.
Put the onion and cloves into a clean bowl or glass jar.
Add honey and mix well.
Cover and let it rest for 6–8 hours (or overnight) at room temperature.
A natural syrup will form.
How to Use
Take 1 teaspoon, 2 times daily
