These days I add 2 tbsp of Gram flour(Besan) to 1/2 cup of Urad atta to make these Jangri more tasty.
Traditional recipe calls for long process of soaking urad dal, then grind to a smooth paste but I thought of making Jangri by using urad atta (black gram flour) to prepare it instant. Jangri came out perfect and crispy. I could not shape properly but with practice I think It will get better and better.
