Alexanderwerk Model WP50N75, dry compacting system with thru puts from 40kg to 80kg per hour - depending on materials and application. Equipped with stainless steel product hopper and auger, feeding to dual 1-1/2" OD x 8" Long horizontal feed screws to (2) 6" OD x 3" Thick water cooled grooved compression rollers with over / under design. Control panel has A/B controller with swing arm touch pad controls and panel view. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel base frame. Used for high grade compaction of dry, powdery and fine cristalline materials with sub sequent size reduction (granulation) of the compacted product.
