Here we're running one of our Fitzpatrick IR520 Chilsonator Mills.

Fitzpatrick, Model IR520, 316 stainless steel, compact roller compactor chilsonator with onboard stainless steel Fitzmill Model M5A hammer mill rated up to 220 lbs of product per hour - depending on materials, application, machine configuration and environment. Equipped with (2) screw feed design and has 13" long x 8" wide x 12" deep ID stainless steel product hopper with rotary product feeder to 3" OD horizontal screw that eliminates vacuum de-aeration then to 2" vertical pre-compression screw that compresses product for more uniformity prior to feeding into the 2" x 8" grooved product compaction rollers with roller force of 26.3 KN/CM and roller gaps of 1mm to 6mm, powered by 5 Hp motor drive with onboard stainless steel Fitzmill Model M5A hammer mill has (16) fixed stainless steel blades with 6" OD product discharge and 49'' floor clearance. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs with casters. Remote control panel has parker panel view touch pad controller with casters.
