主要食材:鸡蛋5个,低筋面粉60克,玉米油50克,牛奶50克,白糖50克,柠檬汁或者白醋几滴。
注意事项:装蛋清的碗一定要无水无油,蛋清不要打发都太硬,不然烤出来都蛋糕容易开裂!
