No matter what you're going through at this particular time, I truly hope that this video can help calm your mind and give you a small space of tranquility away from the outside world. I appreciate you so much and am forever grateful for this platform.

In today's video, I thought it might be comforting to just do some heartbeat stuff. Really simple, and I messed up the lighting, but I still think it's pretty relaxing. We'll do some breathing exercises, listen to your heart, listen to my heart with heartbeat sounds, and then some light triggers to try and tire your eyes out. I hope you like it.

Also, I thought that I had really messed up when in fact, I hadn't lol. So, I had started the video again halfway through, but then when I went to edit, realized that the recorder hadn't messed up. SO I was stuck with ten minutes of relaxing content that I didn't really want to throw out, so I just kinda squished two videos into one? The first half is kind of like a preview I guess? lol.
