I’m bored of playing small. (The Visibility Project: Ep. 1 - Launch Day )

Alright I’m doing it! I’m pulling back the curtain on a deeply personal journey. During this past Winter Solstice, I performed the 13 Wishes Ritual. If you aren't familiar, you write down thirteen wishes, and for twelve nights starting on the Winter Solstice, you burn one wish without looking at it, trusting that the universe will take care of it for you. The one you are left with is the one that you are entrusted to take care of yourself. The one I was left with made me smile and also roll my eyes:
"To be comfortable with and thrive with visibility."
For a long time, I’ve stayed in the shadows, playing it safe and staying "small." I have even attempted visibility challenges before without long-term commitment. But this year, that changes. I am officially launching The Visibility Project.
This is a self-imposed series of challenges and tasks designed to push me into the spotlight, stretch my comfort zone, and help me move from "surviving" attention to truly thriving in it.

I’m not doing this because I’m ready. I’m doing it because I’m so bored of and over playing small. I’m not afraid to admit that I want a big platform because I believe I am capable of big impact.
