For a long time, that was the unspoken rule I lived by. In this second installment of The Visibility Project, I’m pulling back the curtain on my history with staying small.
Long story short, I stayed hidden because it felt like the only way to stay safe.
In this video, I’m sharing my pattern of protection. I hid behind:
-My hair
-My weight
-My (failed) marriage
-My degrees and qualifications
I can’t move forward into the light without acknowledging why I was so afraid of it in the first place. It’s scary af to say you’re scared. But here we are, doing it anyway. 💅
