Step by step to a brighter you with Katerina!
Begin: muscular engagement (core, glutes, legs) with breath awareness and spatial awareness. (These points of focus continue throughout the entire class.)
1. Straddle I with balance. Infinite Flow I: Balance Internal, external rotation of shoulder (blade) joints, Goal: spaciousness, alignment awareness "let the breath move your body"
2. Infinite Flow II: Straddle 2 with Eagle (shoulder, arm)+ sternum elevation lunge = leg strength + flexibility, spinal twist (spine extension with coordination to invigorate energy and brain (right and left) Split (hanumasana) + spinal twist + back bend.
3. Infinite Flow III: Camel variation (25.15) + crossing of the mid-line for brain health (crossing the midline, coordination of right (leg, foot) and left (arm, hand)
5. Down Dog leading in to Headstand variation
6. Core strength variation I, II, III + right brain and left brain coordination 7. Deep flexibly for the hip and legs 8. Spinal twist = back care. End with circular rotation for ankle flexibility and breath-focused meditation.
