Exercises for Breastfeeding Moms to Tone and Lift the Bust (GET A SCULPTED UPPER BODY)//Exercises for breastfeeding moms that you can do at home in 20 minutes whilst your baby naps after breastfeeding them! I created this video in response to a request from a new mum who wanted postpartum exercises for saggy breasts and to release tension in her neck, back and shoulders which can become sore from breastfeeding. This workout has five of my best exercises for breastfeeding moms which can help you lose weight while breastfeeding, to tone and lift your bust and sculpt your back too. I always recommend wearing a good maternity sports bra when doing postnatal exercises. This workout is also great for moms who are not breastfeeding as these exercises will tone and sculpt your upper body post pregnancy too.
