This is your 40 Minute Full Body Momentum Workout! Today we're working with weights, so either a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell or both. This is day #1 of your Momentum challenge and we are going to bring it! We are going to get back to the basics, increase our intensity, and then have a momentum round. I will give you lots of different options so just work to your level. All you need for this workout are your weights and a mat! Are you ready? Let's do it!
