Yeh Saboot Mash ki Daal bohat hi lazeez aur simple tareeqe se tayar ki gayi hai. Sabse pehle daal ko achi tarah wash karke cooker mein pani ke sath daal diya gaya. Is mein namak, mirch, haldi, ek sabit elaichi aur dalchini ki chhoti si stick shamil ki gayi, phir daal ko achi tarah galne tak boil kiya gaya.
Jab daal khushk aur narm ho gayi to is par lazeez tadka lagaya gaya, jismein lehsan adrak aur jeera shamil tha, jo daal ke zaiqay ko aur bhi barhata hai. Aakhir mein hara dhaniya aur garam masala daal kar daal ko dum par tayar kar liya gaya.
