Israel is preparing for an “intensive” military operation in the occupied West Bank following a series of bombings targeting empty buses in central Israel. On Thursday evening, three buses were damaged in explosions at a parking depot in Bat Yam, south of Tel Aviv. Police later found two more undetonated bombs nearby. While no casualties were reported, Israeli security services believe armed groups were behind the attack. Investigators say the explosives were likely meant to detonate during Friday’s morning commute.
