In this video, I am demonstrating eight of my top plyometric drills. I use to improve sprint mechanics.
All of these drills I’m doing 1 set of each drill for 10meters
Remember to warm up before you attempt any of these exercises go slow record yourself and watch it back to see what you’re doing right or wrong
Also, all of these drills can be done without using a wick cones for substitute
