DOWNTOWN DESTRUCTION | Man admits to vandalizing Kalamazoo storefronts

Описание: A man has confessed to vandalizing several Kalamazoo businesses, a church, apartments and a woman's car.

Just after 7 a.m. Feb. 19, officers with the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety (KDPS) responded to a report of a shattered storefront window along the Kalamazoo Mall near East South Street.

After arriving, officers discovered the damage was not isolated and that the windows of at least eight different buildings throughout town were smashed.

Soon after, police located the suspect, 46-year-old Andrew Blackmun, using their FUSUS camera system which helped them track the path he was taking in live time.
