Ingredients:
For the dough:
600g all-purpose flour
10g sugar
7g instant yeast
3g salt
330ml warm water
15ml oil
For the filling:
375g minced pork
8g minced ginger
2.5g white pepper
15ml light soy sauce
15ml cooking wine
1 large egg
5ml dark soy sauce
15ml sesame oil
225g chives
5g salt
15ml oil
Instructions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and oil to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
2. Let the dough rise for 45-60 minutes.
3. Prepare the filling by mixing minced pork, ginger, white pepper, soy sauces, cooking wine, egg, sesame oil, and chopped chives.
4. Divide the dough into 18 portions, roll out, and fill with the pork mixture.
5. Shape into half-moons, seal the edges, and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 35-40 minutes.
6. Brush with melted butter before baking for extra flavor.
