This is a simple Qi Gong routine that can be done every morning and mobilizes every major area of the body; neck, spine, shoulders, hips, and knees.
1. Gazing at the heel
2. Rooster pecks rice
3. Wind sways the lotus leaf
4. Upholding the heavens
5. Rotating the waist
6. The Pheonix Stretch
7. Rotating the knees
All of these exercises are great for overall health and mobility and don’t tax the body, so they can easily be done everyday.
