AUGUST 2025 - Join us on a morning walk as we go birding at one of our local parks... Shepherds Bush.
Shepherds Bush is part of the Dandenong Creek parkland in the South East of Melbourne that creates a green corridor connecting multiple bushland parks from Monash to Knox.
The weather is warming up & everyone was jostling for nesting sites in the mature trees. The Sulphur-crested Cockatoos are particularly busy at this time of the year and the little bush birds are gathering nesting material & finding a secluded spot somewhere in the park.
So, grab a warm drink and get comfy in your favourite chair as we take you along with us to meet some our beautiful parkland birds.
In this video, we are both using a Sony A6700. Nimal is using the 200-600mm Sony lens & I (Karen) was using the Sony 100-400mm GM lens.
