Описание: Release tension and slow down with this 30-minute Yin Yoga for Upper Body practice 🤍 This deeply calming class is designed to help you release stiffness in the neck, shoulders, upper back, chest, and spine, while supporting nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. Perfect for stress relief, recovery, or unwinding after long hours of sitting, screen time, workouts, or travel.

In this gentle, floor-based yin yoga class, you’ll hold poses for longer periods of time to target the connective tissues (fascia) and encourage deep release. This practice focuses on stillness, mindful breathing, and surrender—helping you soften both physically and mentally.
