Описание: Finding specific motifs in a sequence alignment with tens or hundreds of sequences requires good options for visualization. On PipeBio, you can adjust the coloring scheme to easily be able to find variant amino acids or conserved regions.

You are also able to color the alignment with reference to the consensus sequence of the sample or to a hand-picked reference sequence.
