We will do the synteny analysis of a protein family genes among 4-5 organism like tomato, oryza sativa, G. max and Arabidopsis thaliana genome to show the relationship in one graph. We will use the GFF and Genomic files of all species and find the conserved region of the genes present in species genome through tbtool. We will do the Multiple synteny analysis in TBTool or use one step McScan X tool to retrieve or present the evolutionary conserved regions of the proteins in studied species genome. No need of collinearity file in this analysis.
