this is from the special "all growed up," which premiered in july 2001 for the 10th anniversary of rugrats. since this song is from part of the special where tommy and angelica are teenagers, i got the idea to pitch it up to their baby voices, and this was the result. i wasn't born yet when this special premiered, but i still watched it when i was little, and would get so emotional at this song, especially the part where they did the flashback sequence to older episodes, still do to this day lmao
anyways, i hope you all enjoy this :) (picture used is from the rugrats movie from 1998)
