🔥Many times this anterior shoulder comes from the long head of the bicep tendon gets inflamed, and there are 3 things most people neglect that keep them injured and in pain.

1️⃣The first is learning how to position the shoulder blades under load. Can you maintain scapular position while moving the arms? Or do your shoulders collapse forward?

2️⃣Second is not being able to posteriorly tilt the scapula. This means pulling that bottom corner of the shoulder blade down towards your hips. If you can’t do this, the scapula will stay dumped forward will continue to irritate the front of the shoulder.

3️⃣The third is not training the shoulder stabilizers in multiple planes of motion. These KB body rotations train the rotator cuff to dynamically control shoulder position as you move.
