4 sets - 235lbs x(3-5) reps
goal is to leave about 1 rep in reserve. I can’t push fully yet due to my breast augmentation, so I’m training smart & hard!

superset - 5 sets:
▪️Laying Ham Curl
xAMRAP
Goal is to take this until complete failure. Full reps, 3/4 reps, 1/2 reps, 1/4 reps until completely exhaustion.
▪️Elevated DB Sumo Squat
x(12-15) reps
hit technical failure (form breaks down) in this reps range.
▪️Cable Pull Through
x15 reps
focus on on the stretch and contraction each rep.
