Using the opposite arm - make a fist
Corkscrew and bare down
Activating the lat and all muscles underneath the arm
Helps stabilize the scapula
Experiment and explore with the kettlebell press
2. Double press
Clean the kettlebells in the rack position up to chest level
Root to the ground - corkscrew the ground with your feet
Lock down the quads and glutes
Straight and long
Take a stabilization breath
Purse lip exhale to help stabilize the spine
Fill the belly with diaphragmatic breath
Eyes gazing along the kettlebell
Important component to where the body moves and transfer strength
Bring head back to neutral once you hit the lockout position
Then pull the kettlebells down back into the rack
Go through your checkpoint
