Hi friends
This is very simple but full of nutrients recipe of kadhi and pulav

Sunday for light lunch I cooked this green fresh chickpea pulav with long grain dawat basmati and gujarati kadhi

Kadhi recipe is very unique and fast cooking ,first time on youtube

Fresh green chickpea is full of protien, carbohydrates and specially very good for intestinal colon so very good for patients with colon problems, it also contains lots of minerals,vitamins

Ingredients...
For green chickpea pulav
1cup Dawat basmati long grain
1cup green fresh chickpea or छोलीया
1cup green onion
1/2cup green garlic
3-4green chillies
coriander leaves fresh
salt to taste
1tsp oil
Clove,blackpepper, cinnamon stick,vay leaves one or two
For gujarati kadhi
1/2lit buttermilk
1/4cup gram flour
salt to taste
2green chillies
1tsp oil
1/4tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2tsp mustard seed
1/2tsp cumin seed
asofetidae pinch
1red chili
curry leaves
green garlic and coriander leaves fresh chopped as per wish to garnish
