Hello friends today i am sharing kachori recipe which is very crispy and tasty and liked by every one here i have made it from green peas and potato and served with tamrind vhutney i have given all tips to make layered kachori so try out this recipe and give feed back in comment box here are all ingredients measurements
Khasta kachori
for dough
1 cup ap flour
1 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
1/2 tsp carom seeds
for stuffing
1.5 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp hing
1/2 cup boiled peas
3 medium size boiled potato
2 tsp green chilly
1/2 inch ginger
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp garam masalo
oil for frying
